Which treatment should I book first?
All clients are required to begin with the Initial Lymphatic Body Sculpt (Abs) session. This treatment opens the fascia around the ribs and activates the main drainage pathways located in the torso and abdomen.
Does it hurt?
The initial session can feel the most sensitive depending on fascia tightness and how your body responds to the techniques. Everyone experiences sensation differently, so communication with your practitioner is key. Most clients (myself included!) find the treatment enjoyable with little to no discomfort.
How often should I book appointments?
For general wellness, maintenance sessions are recommended every 4–6 weeks.
If your goals include tissue texture changes or you have a more complex medical history, weekly or bi-weekly treatments may be needed at first. From there, sessions taper into a more spaced-out maintenance schedule.
Can men do it too?
Absolutely!
Both men and women have lymphatic systems and experience the same benefits—reduced inflammation and bloating, improved circulation, and enhanced immune support.
Are there any side effects?
You may feel slightly sore the next day, similar to an abdominal workout. Some clients notice increased bathroom visits as the body flushes waste. Other than that, there are typically no significant side effects or downtime required.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
• Avoid eating within one hour of your session.
• Wear clothing that is easy to change in and out of (some clients need to pause to use the washroom).
• Women: it’s best not to book on the first day of your menstrual cycle, as bloating or abdominal hardness may make the session uncomfortable.
How can I maintain my lymphatic drainage?
• Incorporate sweating activities: walking, exercise, sauna, vibration plate, or rebounder.
• Stay well-hydrated: drink plenty of water, add electrolytes, and consume hydrating fruits.

What does a session with me look like?
Every session is unique because every person arrives with different needs:
Some clients use this time to check in, while others use it to check out.
Some fall asleep, while others feel energized and awakened.
Some share deeply and vulnerably; others rest in peaceful silence.
Some laugh, some cry, some process emotions, and some simply melt into the feeling of healing touch.
